A copy of the examples is included which each TaskJuggler gem and will be installed when you install TaskJuggler. You can use the following command to find the directory with the examples that matches your installed version:

Project Template

This example provides a template file for new projects to start from. It contains some key elements that most project files have and explains a typical structure of a TaskJuggler project file.

It also comes with a set of example reports to get you started. This file is just a first guideline to get you started. TaskJuggler is very flexible and powerful and provides lots of other features not used in this template. Don't get yourself locked into this template. It's meant to grow in complexity with your project.
